Questions we hear every week

Our Odoo was implemented by someone else and has problems — can you fix it?

Yes — this is actually most of our work. We start with a paid diagnosis of your database: what is misconfigured, what needs data correction, what needs code. You get a written fix plan with costs before anything is touched. Re-implementation is the last resort, not the first suggestion.

How long does a typical Odoo implementation take?

A focused rollout — sales, purchase, inventory and accounting — usually goes live in 8 to 10 weeks. Manufacturing and multi-company setups run longer; you get a dated plan in the scoping phase, before you pay for the build.

Community or Enterprise — which edition do we need?

Community is free and covers most trading businesses; Enterprise adds Studio, official mobile apps, hosted upgrades and apps like Field Service. We implement both and will tell you honestly if the free edition is enough for you.

Can you migrate our data from Tally or an old Odoo?

Yes — customers, vendors, items, open orders, stock and ledger balances, reconciled against your books before go-live. Old-version Odoo databases (v8 upwards) are migrated with history preserved.

What happens after go-live?

Every project includes a hyper-care period, then an optional AMC with defined response times. The same engineers who built your system support it — nothing gets thrown over a wall.

Do you work outside Chennai?

Yes. We deliver across India and the UAE — implementations run with weekly online demos, and on-site visits are scheduled for discovery, training and go-live where needed.
