Our Odoo developers

The people who would actually work on your project, each with the Odoo areas they specialise in and the work they have delivered.

We publish these because "a team of certified experts" tells you nothing. A name, a specialism and a list of what someone has built tells you something you can check.

Who actually works on your project

The 18 developers below are named, with the Odoo areas each one works in. Projects are staffed from this team rather than from a rotating pool, and the code they write goes into a repository you control from day one. Which of them is on your project depends on what it needs — reporting, integration, migration, frontend or module development.

A proposal that will not name the people doing the work is asking you to trust a logo. Ask any vendor, including us, who specifically will be on your project and what else they are working on that month.

Named staffing
You know who is on the project before it starts, not after.
Your repository
Code goes to a repository you control, with history, from the first commit.
Specialism
Odoo is broad; reporting, integration and migration are different skills.
Continuity
The same developer through the engagement rather than a handover mid-project.

Expertise · how we staff

How we decide who works on your project

Four things settle it, and none of them is who happens to be free that week.

  1. What the work actually is

Reporting, integration, migration, frontend and module development are different specialisms. Matching the work to the specialism is most of why a project runs to time.

  2. Whether it is code or configuration

A developer is assigned once that question is settled, not before. Hiring a developer for something configuration could have done is the commonest waste in an Odoo project.

  3. Continuity over availability

We would rather start a fortnight later with the right person than hand the work over halfway through.

  4. Who reviews it

A second named person reviews the work. On this site that is visible — every page carries its author and its reviewer.

FAQ

About our developers

Will these specific people work on our project?
The developer assigned depends on what the work needs — reporting, integration, migration, frontend or module development are different specialisms. We tell you who it is before the engagement starts rather than after, and we keep the same person through it wherever we can.
Who owns the code they write?
You do. It goes into a repository you control, with history, from the first commit. If the engagement ends you keep everything and any competent Odoo developer can continue from it.
Can we interview the developer first?
Yes, for anything beyond a small fixed scope. It is a reasonable request and a vendor who resists it is telling you something.
Do you use subcontractors?
The people on this page are our own team. If a project ever needed a specialism outside it we would say so rather than pass the work on quietly.
How many developers do you have?
Over thirty consultants and developers in total; the 18 with published profiles are those working directly on client development. The rest are functional consultants, support and QA.

Want to know who would be on your project?

Tell us what you need built. We will tell you who would do it, what it is likely to take, and whether configuration could do it instead — and the diagnosis call is free.
